Brutal Myrmidon's Tech Staff

The Brutal Myrmidon's Tech Staff is a Crafting Armstech Archived Special Trainer techstaff that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Brutal Myrmidon's Tech Staff can be worn at any level in the Outfitter - it's a cosmetic weapon, and has no stats attached to it.

How to Get: Crafting Armstech Archived Special Trainer (Retired Schematic)

This is not a direct screenshot of the Brutal Myrmidon's Tech Staff. The file name is fitted-adarian-militants-electrostaff-5107-thumbnail.png - as far as I can tell it is identical to another weapon, so I re-used the screenshots. There may be small variations that I could not tell apart when comparing thumbnails, previews or item icons.

Sound: Baton

All Vibroblades with the Baton sound type have the same sound, including the Brutal Myrmidon's Tech Staff. This isn't the official name, and this Vibroblade sound type may be labelled something like weaponmeleeelectrostaff01 in the background of the game.

I do not have a video of the Brutal Myrmidon's Tech Staff, but you can watch a video of the Battle Champion's Electrostaff weapon to hear the Baton sound type, which is the same as the Brutal Myrmidon's Tech Staff.

How to Get Archived Armstech Trainer Special Weapons

The Armstech crew skill trainer can teach players how to craft many crafted weapons sets as they level up in Armstech. However, these semi-retired crafted weapons sets are no longer available to be learned from the Armstech trainer from the launch of the game 1.0 - they were removed from the trainer in Update 4.0, and replaced with a more streamlined set of weapons schematics to be learned from the trainer. However, if you can find someone who learned the old schematics from the trainer pre-4.0, they can craft you these items, as the crafted items are Binds on Equip.

How to get the Brutal Myrmidon's Tech Staff

The Brutal Myrmidon's Tech Staff is a crafted Techstaff, but the ability to learn how to craft it yourself is no longer available. Only players who learned the ability to craft it in the past can craft it now - so you will need to find someone who can craft it for you, or get lucky and find it on the GTN.
