This customization is a reward for completing the Achievement 'I Dare Say, They Don't Seem Too Friendly' in the section Achievements → Companions → Shared → 2V-R8. The achievement has you defeat 500 members of the Black Sun, Exchange, or Hutt Cartel with 2V-R8 as your active companion. These enemies can be found on Coruscant, Nar Shaddaa, Tatooine, and Quesh.
