Tython Datacrons Guide

The Tython Matrix Shard is hidden in the Forge ruins.

Quick Travel to Elarian Trail or Taxi to Forward Camp Speeder

The closest Republic quick travel point is the Elarian Trail quick travel point (in the south of the map) and the closest taxi point is the Forward Camp Speeder speeder point (in the most south taxi point on the map).

Follow the Path South to The Forge

Take a long walk south to the Forge.

Find the Entrance

This datacron is hidden off the main path of the Forge. Go up the large set of stairs on the right side of the Forge, and once you are past the large rectangular ruins, look to the right for a way out of the ruins through some arches. There will be a small secret entrance to an uphill path past some Fleshraider enemies.

Find the Altar of Skulls

The Matrix Shard will be at the end of the path, protected by a Flesh Raider War Leader in front of an Altar of Skulls. Look for a white-gray beacon of light up on a little ruined stone platform.

You can see this green Datacron above a waterfall in a cave near the Jedi Temple of Tython.

You can get the datacron by carefully jumping up the waterfall cave entrance where you can see the datacron, but there is also a secret entrance further on up the trail in the river that doesn’t require any jumping.

Follow the River

From the Forward Camp, head up the stairs, following the path to the east towards Fleshraider Territory. Once you find the river nearby, follow the river north until you find the secret cave entrance. The datacron is at the end of the tunnel.

The purple Tython datacron is hidden in the Ruins of Kaleth up a hill.

1. Travel to Tython

Fly your ship to Tython on a Republic character.

2. Quick Travel to Elarian Trail or Taxi to Forward Camp Speeder

The closest Republic quick travel point is the Elarian Trail quick travel point (in the south of the map) and the closest taxi point is the Forward Camp Speeder speeder point (in the most south taxi point on the map).

3. Go Into the Ruins

Go up the stairs at the Forward Camp, and turn left and head into the Ruins of Kaleth to the west, and once you go up the stairs there, look for an entrance to a stone room with what looks like a blue cabinet or chest inside.

Inside, there will be a fallen pillar that you can climb up.

4. Climb up the Ramp

Outside, there will be another fallen pillar that acts as a ramp you can carefully climb up.

The datacron is to the right. Look for a shining white or purple beacon of light.
