Veteran Outlander Blaster Rifle
The Veteran Outlander Blaster Rifle is an Eternal Chapters Kotet Chapter 1 blaster rifle that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Veteran Outlander Blaster Rifle can only be used at a specific level and up, but if you are higher than the weapon's required level, you can wear it cosmetically in the Outfitter to show its appearance on your character while using a higher-level weapon in your Gear tab for stats.
How to Get: Eternal Chapters Kotet Chapter 1
This is not a direct screenshot of the Veteran Outlander Blaster Rifle. The file name is fitted-outlander-savant-ripper-5576-thumbnail.png - as far as I can tell it is identical to another weapon, so I re-used the screenshots. There may be small variations that I could not tell apart when comparing thumbnails, previews or item icons.
Sound: Garza
All Blaster Rifles with the Garza sound type have the same sound, including the Veteran Outlander Blaster Rifle. This isn't the official name, and this Blaster Rifle sound type may be labelled something like weaponrangedriflenormal07 in the background of the game.
I do not have a video of the Veteran Outlander Blaster Rifle, but you can watch a video of the P-7 Military Enforcer weapon to hear the Garza sound type, which is the same as the Veteran Outlander Blaster Rifle.

Eternal Chapter weapons can be earned through the Knights of the Fallen Empire and Knights of the Eternal Throne expansion chapters. These weapons come from Knights of the Eternal Throne Chapter 1 Wrath and Ruin, and which specific weapon and name you get depends on your current Combat Style. You can earn these in the easiest version of the Chapters, you do not need to play Veteran or Master Mode. The Chapters just offer different-colored borders (green, blue, purple) depending on the difficulty, but three qualities have the same look.
Other Names
This weapon has multiple varieties - they are gotten the same way, and look the same, but have different names because they have diferent stats attached to them for gearing variations.

These weapons will have an identical or very similar look to the Veteran Outlander Blaster Rifle. There's no real name for the appearance, but I've labelled it riflehigh38a01v01 which may be a name I call all identical weapons, or a name in the game files.
