Ruusan Saberstaff
The Ruusan Saberstaff is an Archived Artifice Rise Of The Hutt Cartel And Shadow Of Revan Schematics double bladed lightsaber that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Ruusan Saberstaff can be worn at any level in the Outfitter - it's a cosmetic weapon, and has no stats attached to it.

This is a direct screenshot of the Ruusan Saberstaff! The file name is ruusan-saberstaff-1739-thumbnail.png - as long as I named it right and didn't mix up its name with another weapon, this should be an exact screenshot of this weapon, which I or another player actively owned.
Sound: Energized
All Lightsabers with the Energized sound type have the same sound, including the Ruusan Saberstaff. This isn't the official name, and this Lightsaber sound type may be labelled something like weaponmeleelightsaber01 in the background of the game.
I do not have a video of the Ruusan Saberstaff, but you can watch a video of the Volatile Conqueror's Saberstaff weapon to hear the Energized sound type, which is the same as the Ruusan Saberstaff.

Crafting Update 2.0, the first expansion, was really strange. I THINK a few of these schematics came directly from the Crew Skills Trainer as green-bordered items. Then you could maybe reverse-engineer some of the chestpieces, to get a blue-bordered chestpiece - but only the chestpiece, or maybe those were from world drops that were reverse-engineered. Then lastly, I think there was some orange-bordered sets you could get directly from the Crew Skills trainer, but some of these were strange and had only a few pieces each rather than a full set of items.
Other Names
This weapon has multiple varieties - they are gotten the same way, and look the same, but have different names because they have diferent stats attached to them for gearing variations.

These Double Bladed Lightsaber weapons will have the same sound as the Veteran Duelist's Saberstaff (retired veterans). There's no real name for the sound, but I've called it 'Energized' it may be called something like weaponmeleelightsaber01 in the game files.
