The Fractured Force-Lord's / Fractured Force-Healer's Saberstaff MK-3 / Thermal Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3 / Yavin Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3 is a Heroic Purple Drops double bladed lightsaber that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Fractured Force-Lord's / Fractured Force-Healer's Saberstaff MK-3 / Thermal Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3 / Yavin Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3 can be worn at any level in the Outfitter - it's a cosmetic weapon, and has no stats attached to it.

Sound: Retribution
All Lightsabers with the Retribution sound type have the same sound, including the Fractured Force-Lord's / Fractured Force-Healer's Saberstaff MK-3 / Thermal Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3 / Yavin Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3. This isn't the official name, and this Lightsaber sound type may be labelled something like weaponmeleelightsaberelite06 in the background of the game.
I do not have a video of the Fractured Force-Lord's / Fractured Force-Healer's Saberstaff MK-3 / Thermal Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3 / Yavin Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3, but you can watch a video of the Satele Shan's Dualsaber weapon to hear the Retribution sound type, which is the same as the Fractured Force-Lord's / Fractured Force-Healer's Saberstaff MK-3 / Thermal Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3 / Yavin Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3.
How to Get Rare Heroic Drops Weapons
Heroic Drop weapons are uncommon rare weapons that would drop randomly from enemies in the game, and have the exact same look at the low-level weapons you earn from Heroics while levelling up. The difference is that these ones do not come directly as a quest reward, have a purple border, and are Binds on Equip which means they are able to be bought and sold on the GTN.

These weapons will have an identical or very similar look to the Fractured Force-Lord's / Fractured Force-Healer's Saberstaff MK-3 / Thermal Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3 / Yavin Force-Lord's Saberstaff MK-3.
