Eternal Commander MK-4 Blaster Pistol
The Eternal Commander MK-4 Blaster Pistol is a Crafting Armstech Archived Schematics Kotet blaster pistol that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Eternal Commander MK-4 Blaster Pistol can be worn at any level in the Outfitter - it's a cosmetic weapon, and has no stats attached to it.

This is a direct screenshot of the Eternal Commander MK-4 Blaster Pistol! The file name is eternal-commander-mk-4-blaster-pistol-1787-thumbnail.png - as long as I named it right and didn't mix up its name with another weapon, this should be an exact screenshot of this weapon, which I or another player actively owned.
Sound: Inrokini
All Blaster Pistols with the Inrokini sound type have the same sound, including the Eternal Commander MK-4 Blaster Pistol. This isn't the official name, and this Blaster Pistol sound type may be labelled something like weaponrangedblasternormal09 in the background of the game.

Retired Crafted Eternal Commander Weapon is now-retired weapons that was introduced to the game in Update 5.0 and was designed for characters who were level 70 from endgame PvE content. The schematics are now retired and no longer obtainable, BUT, if you can find someone who has the schematic, they can still craft it for you and trade it to you, as the items are Bind on Equip. Although these are hard to find these days, look-alikes were introduced later so players could collect them as cosmetic looks - these similar look-alikes may have Eternal Commander in the their name, or may have a completely different name.
How to get the Eternal Commander MK-4 Blaster Pistol
The Eternal Commander MK-4 Blaster Pistol is a crafted Blaster Pistol, but the ability to learn how to craft it yourself is no longer available. Only players who learned the ability to craft it in the past can craft it now - so you will need to find someone who can craft it for you, or get lucky and find it on the GTN.
