Outfit: Ru'shia Star Forge

  • Character: Ru'shia of Star Forge
  • Imperial Agent: Sniper
  • Submitted by: Mandalore_X

This outfit stands less as a symbol of fashion, and more as a symbol of authority. The title of "Cipher" holds power of high degree among the Empire's Military, rivaling that of Ensigns and Lieutenants. While unassuming, this outfit also still allows for use of a Blaster Pistol or Sniper Rifle all the same.
