Outfit: Nephils Qyzen Fess The Harbinger

    • Character: Nephil’s Qyzen Fess of The Harbinger
    • Companion: Qyzen Fess
    • Submitted by: Exiled Messenger

Nephil and her companions are attending a diplomatic reception.

It was interesting coming up with something for Qyzen that wasn’t heavily armored.
