The Mandalorian Armor in SWTOR

Inspired by the new original Star Wars series The Manadalorian, many players have taken their love for the Disney+ show in to Star Wars: The Old Republic. Here’s a list of options you can use when putting together your own Mandalorian cosplay character. There’s no “perfect” The Mandalorian armor in the game, but lots of pieces that evoke the feeling of the lone Mandalorian gunslinger.

My final choice of outfit, which you can see in the image above, was:

Cassus Fett

Saw this cool setup by a friend Azilori – they even made a promo pic for it. It’s probably the best representation of the chestpiece from the show.
I think the cheapest dye to get this coloring is actually Gray and Dark Blue Dye Module which is actually a lot cheaper than buying a true black dye! The original creator used a Emperor’s Hand dye module.

Onderon Chestpiece

Redditor November2019 made this outfit with an Onderon chestpiece from the new cartel market Onderon Guardian set.
You start seeing these type of chestpiece drop once your item rating is over 276 for a similar look.

I too, made a Mando based on that new show we all like. Love the Onderon torso, really gives it a “Man With No Name” feel.

Primeval Stalker

Redditor XiroMorphix put this set together, I assume inspired by the Mandalorian at the forge in the show. Their chestpiece is Primeval Stalker, with Mandalore the Preserver’s helmet.

I had trouble getting this one the right colors but I like the shape a lot, with a secondary pale brown dye:

Wasteland Raider

With an Honorable General dye module:

This one isn’t really similar in shape, but it’s pretty good if you want the tattered bounty hunter look.

This is my personal favorite, though I haven’t seen many other players use it.

Charismatic Manadalorian

This seems to be the fan-favorite. Sadly you can not change the color of the splotch.

With an Emperor’s Hand Dye Module

Rohlan Dyre

I was excited about this one as a potential option but it looks strange without the rest of Rohlan’s set.

The red stripes do not dye sadly

Wasteland Raider

I’ve seen this one floating around though I don’t love it, it’s not simple enough.

TT-17A

If you’re looking for a more generic Mandalorian helmet, this style might work well for the Old Republic era.
