SWTOR Knights of the Fallen Empire Chapter IX: The Alliance Story Choices and Dialogue

The Knights of the Fallen Empire Chapter IX: The Alliance chapter takes place in the third expansion of Star Wars: The Old Republic, on your new base on Odessen and in the Odessen cantina.

Dialogue

The dialogue below is an example of what the dialogue trees may look like, but may not reflect how it is in-game exactly, due to some options not being used, and the way the dialogue trees are non-linear. I’ve done my best to put the text together in a fun way where you can look at the differences in the dialogue choices, and see the different wordings depending on your class, faction or alignment. There will potentially be spoilers from every class story and every expansion before this one. Enjoy!

There is a lot of different dialogue trees depending on who you decide to talk to in the cantina!

My favorite differences include:

  • There are two speeches you can choose, a inspiring one and an oppressive one at the beginning, and the ability to do either of those in a more formal way at the end. There are no real changes or consequences either way – but the oppressive music playing in the background is pretty fun.
  • Before your official speech, if you are an Imperial Agent, there’s a funny joke about the fact you are being promoted from Commander to…. Commander.
  • You could ‘forget’ who Theron Shan is, and there’s slightly different dialogue depending on whether this is a boosted character or not which is cool – the character might have met him in the story, but the player might not have actually pled the story themselves.
  • Bey’wan Aygo knows if you’ve met him on the Republic-side Kuat Drive Yards or not.
  • Doctor Oggurobb knows if you’ve met him on Republic-side on Makeb in the Rise of the Hutt Cartel expansion or not.
  • Talking to Hylo Visz has some neat differences. As a Smuggler, you get to have extra dialogue since she is the most famous smuggler in history. As a Bounty Hunter, there is commentary about Gault, and extra commentary if you did Gault’s companion dialogue quests during the class story.
  • When you choose someone to speak with in the cantina, there are actually 9 different sets of dialogue you could possibly see – each character you chosoe to talk to has a different intro, actual conversation cutscene and then a different outro at the cantina, often with some funny references to paste events, like Theron’s abduction on Rishi by Lana, or trying the Roast Gorak.
  • If you make Koth angry enough, he will storm off in the cantina. There’s a different dialogue about Senya later on if he has left.
  • The dialogue wheel in the cantina has changed over the years. It used to be VERY unclear who you were flirting with and people often accidentally missed the Lana romance by choosing an option that was actually flirting with Theron. This has been made much more clear in the changes over the years – I think the actual vocal dialogue is the same, but the wheel itself to choose from is very, very clear now.
  • If you choose the non-romance option, the conversation is mostly the same, except you won’t see [Flirt] options. Perfect for a conversation with your ally or friend versus a romance.

Introduction

Asylum lies in ruins after Emperor Arcann’s devastating invasion. The Gravestone’s crew barely escaped the confrontation and has fled into deep space to mourn its losses.

The stalwart droid HK-55 sacrificed himself to save <name> from certain death and saved the galaxy’s best hope of victory over the Eternal Empire.

As old friends and new allies gather on the remote planet ODESSEN, the enemy tightens its grip on the conquered Republic and Imperial systems and prepares to strike again….

Cutscenes

  • Koth Vortena: Odessen, huh? Could it be there’s really a place where no one wants to kill us?
  • Lana Beniko: I handpicked it myself. We’ll be safe.
  • Senya: Are we sure it’s wise to leave SCORPIO in control of the bridge?
  • Koth Vortena: Got the ship locked down. She can’t go anywhere without my approval.
  • Senya: I hope you’re right.
  • Koth Vortena: So why this world?
  • Lana Beniko: Remote, unsettled… and strong in the Force. But unlike Korriban or Tython, Odessen is altogether balanced.
  • Senya: How did you find it?
  • Lana Beniko: I’ve always had a strong affinity with the Force. It’s what set me on this path to begin with, led me to forge a certain alliance all those years ago.
  • Player: With the Republic.
  • Lana Beniko: I meant with you.
  • Lana Beniko: Well… here we are.

  • Lana Beniko: This is your new alliance.
  • Nice work.Player: It’s a good start.
  • I’m not in charge.Player: It’s not my alliance. We’re all in this together.
    • Koth Vortena: We all had a hand in getting here, but you’ve been the center. You made it possible.
    • Lana Beniko: That may well be, but they need someone to rally behind. Someone to motivate them.
  • Pathetic.Player: This is the best you could do?
    • Lana Beniko: It’s a start.
  • See Full Conditions [[[Did you NOT make some less-altruistic choices earlier, for example did you let the sun reactor fail in Chapter 3, and did you either bring the forceful Senya along in Chapter 7 to threaten the Heralds or did you refuse to take in the Exiles in Chapter 4?]]]
    • Koth Vortena: Kept myself from flushing Senya out the airlock at least five times because of you. You’ve got a certain way. /  Koth Vortena: From crash-landing in a swamp to the Gravestone and all these followers? You made this possible.
    • Koth Vortena: Show them what you’re made of.
  • See Full Conditions [[[Did you make some less-altruistic choices earlier, for example did you let the sun reactor fail in Chapter 3, and did you either bring the forceful Senya along in Chapter 7 to threaten the Heralds or did you refuse to take in the Exiles in Chapter 4?]]] Lana Beniko: You should say a few words.
  • [Give an inspiring speech]Player: I’d like everyone’s attention.
    • Player: The galaxy as we knew it is gone.
    • Player: The institutions we know have fallen. But we can’t let that be a source of panic or defeat.
    • Player: We have an opportunity to build something together–an alliance each of us can be vested in.
    • Player: We don’t all share the same ideologies, but every one of you is here because you believe we can transcend our differences.
    • Player: I believe it, too. Either we succeed together, or we fail alone. Let’s not fail.
  • [Give an oppressive speech]Player: Your attention.
    • Player: As of now, this camp is under my control.
    • Player: You will work fast. You will work efficiently. And you will work hard to prepare for what’s to come.
    • Player: The past you knew will never be reality again. Arcann has obliterated all of it.
    • Player: But we will grow in number, and together–without hesitation–we will strike at Arcann.
    • Player: If you fail me, make no mistake–in my camp, there will be consequences.

  • Did you player play and/or skip through the earlier expansions?
    • Player: Theron Shan.
    • Theron Shan: Hadn’t seen you in a while. Wasn’t sure you’d remember me.
    • Theron Shan: Like what you’ve done with the place.
  • Or is this a boosted character? Theron Shan: Theron Shan. Used to be with the Republic Strategic Information Service. Rishi? Yavin Four? Ziost? Any of this ringing a bell?
  • Of course–I’m glad you’re here.Player:
    • Player: It’s great to see you again, Theron.
    • Theron Shan: Good. Wasn’t sure, based on what Lana said you went through. What you’re going through.
  • Not really.Player: Only what Lana’s told me. No offense.
    • Theron Shan: Carbonite, the Sith Emperor… I’m sure it all took its toll. It’ll come back to you.
  • You again? Ugh.Player: I thought I was done with you.
    • Theron Shan: That’s no way to greet an old ally. // Theron Shan: Wow. Guess five years changes a lot.
  • [If you played the expansions] Spying for us, now?Player: I take it Lana has been putting your skills to good use?
    • Theron Shan: She hasn’t gotten me tortured by the enemy even once.—
  • Theron Shan: Been a long five years. Feels like everything’s changed.
  • Tell me.Player: Why don’t you get me up to speed?
    • Theron Shan: I will–but before we dig into the big stuff, I’ve got something for you.
  • See Full Conditions [[[Do you remember Theron / did you play through the expansions or skip them?]] [Flirt] Did the two of us…?Player: Were we close back then? I feel like we should have been.
    • Theron Shan: Uh, yeah. We were. Honest. Ask Lana. Speaking of our friendly Sith….
    • Theron Shan: Since I left the SIS, Lana’s brought me in to manage operations. But before we get into all the more-or-less official stuff, I’ve got something for you.
    • Theron Shan: Like I said–everything’s changed. Maybe not all of it for the worst.
  • See Full Conditions [[[Did you ‘forget’ Theron in the earlier conversation / are you a boosted character?]]] [Flirt] You changed.Player: You got better looking.
    • See Full Conditions [[[Did you insult him earlier by choosing “You again? Ugh.” and then flirt with him?]]] Theron Shan: And now you’re buttering me up. Guess the Emperor did a number on your brain.
  • I haven’t.Player: I’m still the same.
    • Theron Shan: Except for the whole Valkorion thing. Yeah, I’ve been briefed.
  • Player: You found my people?
  • Theron Shan: No luck so far. But..
  •  Trooper Theron Shan: One possible lead. And something else….

(I’m not sure I got all that Theron Shan tree entirely right. It’s a bit messy sorry.)

A cutscene of your personal ship from the lass stories shows up, different ship for every class.

  • Tora: Needs work! A lot of work!
  • Theron Shan: When you have a moment, it’s time for that official stuff. I’ll be inside.

  • Bey’wan Aygo: A squadron run like that will fail without detailed schematics. We need hangar positions, defensive capabilities…. It would also help if we understood how to disrupt the power core.
  • Doctor Oggurobb: I cannot divine such information, nor pray to the gods of science! All I can do is speculate. Unless, that is, we could extract such data in secret.
  • Hylo Visz: Don’t look at me. I’ve snuck into some crazy places, but stations like these are another deal altogether.
  • Theron Shan: All right, we’ll table it for now. We have company.
  • Player: Need some help?
  • Theron Shan: With Arcann’s battle stations? We will–soon as we understand them.
  • Theron Shan: We’re building a healthy alliance, but it’s not enough. The Core Worlds are still under the threat of Arcann’s considerable reach.
  • Theron Shan: I’ve assembled a team of specialists to help tackle the big questions and find potential recruits.
  • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Doctor Oggurobb: Doctor Juvard Illip Oggurobb, if you recall. I’m no biologist, but I admit I’m fascinated by the effects of long-term carbonite poisoning on your mental faculties.
  • Have you completed [VETERAN] Flashpoint: Kuat Drive Yards Republic side? Bey’wan Aygo: Hello again. Bey’wan Aygo. Discharged from what’s left of the Republic Navy, but still in this fight!
  • Have you NOT  completed [VETERAN] Flashpoint: Kuat Drive Yards Republic side? Bey’wan Aygo: Bey’wan Aygo. Former Fleet Admiral in the Republic Navy. Discharged, but still in this fight!
  • Hylo Visz: Hylo Visz. Sure you heard of me. Broke the toughest blockade in galactic history? Republic’s greatest outlaw hero, basically.
  • Sana-rae: Your visage surfaced in my trials. I am the Mystic Sana-Rae. I will assist you.
  • Greetings. Stay back, Doctor.Player: Hello, all of you. And no, Doctor, you can’t experiment on my brain.
    • Doctor Oggurobb: A pity. Perhaps another time!
  • Smuggler Greatest outlaw what now?Player: Hang on. Who’s the Republic’s greatest outlaw hero?
    • Hylo Visz: Told you, Doctor Hutt. That’s five thousand credits.
    • Doctor Oggurobb: Hmpf! Moving on!
  • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Which big questions?Player: Exactly what problems are you all working to solve?
    • Theron Shan: Exactly all of them. Logistics, intelligence, military, technology…. Don’t get me started on the Force.
  • You all work for me.Player: I expect each of you to exceed Theron’s expectations. I’m not a forgiving person.
    • Hylo Visz: You have made that clear.
  • Doctor Oggurobb: If I may be so bold, I would ask a favor of you. I have my trained eye on a promising recruit. A Gand, of all creatures.
  • Doctor Oggurobb: If you’d like to go over the details, you may find me in my splendid new laboratory.
  • Theron Shan: So that’s the team. Any questions?
  • No, thank you.Player: I won’t take any more of your time. I look forward to working with you all.
    • Sana-rae: A pleasure to meet in person.
  • [Flirt] When can we talk?Player: What do I have to do to find out what you’ve been up to all these years?
    • Theron Shan: We’ll get a chance to talk. Soon.
  • No. Get back to work.Player: That’s it. Don’t disappoint me.
    • Doctor Oggurobb: Speaking for myself, I find the prospect highly unlikely!
  • Bey’wan Aygo: Good luck out there.
  • Theron Shan: Thanks for dropping in.

You go speak to all four specialists in your camp. I have put their dialogue at the end. On a re-play of the chapter, it does not ask you to speak to all four specialists, just go straight to the cantina.

In the cantina cutscene, there is a bunch of differences at the beginning depending on who made it to Odessen.

Do you have HK-51, the original HK companion from Section X?

Do you have Nico Okarr the companion?

Do you have Treek the companion?

I think if you save the exiles, back in Chapter four, as the light-side option, they might also show up in the cantina as four exiles in the cantina, but they aren’t there in a re-play.

  • Len Parvek: To old friends and new allies.
  • See Full Conditions [[[Do you have Nico Okarr as a companion?]]] Nico Okarr: Guess I can drink to that.
  • HK-51: Correction: I have never been to a place called Asylum, and have never met you before.
  • HK-51: If you choose to continue the insinuation that I am anything other than–
  • Tora: Ugh. Okay, okay. Just don’t call me a meatbag.
  • See Full Conditions [[[Did you earn HK-51, from Section X?]]] HK-51: Query: What is a meatbag?
  • Tora: Perfect.
  • Treek: I do not enjoy this ceremony. New worlds are for hunting!
  • Tora: What’s she saying?
  • HK-51: Translation: The small mammal would rather hunt game than consume celebratory beverages.
  • Tora: Yes. Yes! But I… am going to do both.
  • Lana Beniko: Do you even recall the last time we relaxed?
  • Koth Vortena: I can. It was two-point-six million years ago, and Senya was still a jerk.
  • Senya: And to think I was going to sing for you all tonight.
  • Koth Vortena: You were what? Oh, come on, I have got to hear this.
  • Senya: Too late now.
  • Lana Beniko: Theron. You can’t let the weight of the galaxy rest on your shoulders all the time.
  • Theron Shan: Isn’t that why you talked me into coming here? To lighten your load?
  • Lana Beniko: I brought you here because you’re good.
  • Theron Shan: Hey, look who it is. Don’t worry, we didn’t really start without you.
  • Lana Beniko: Yes, we’ve only just begun. I wasn’t sure you’d attend.
  • Wouldn’t miss it.Player: A chance to unwind after what we’ve been through is exactly what we need.
    • Koth Vortena: You are exactly correct. Now get this guy to cheer up.
    • Theron Shan: I’m reasonably cheery. I’m joining in. And now you are, too.
  • I’m not the party type?Player: Do you think I’m that dull?
    • Lana Beniko: Should I tell the truth?
    • Koth Vortena: Lie. Lie, lie, lie.
    • Theron Shan: Ah, don’t listen to them.
    • Theron Shan: So, are you going to have a drink with us or what?
  • We should be working.Player: It’s irresponsible. There’s too much to be done.
    • Koth Vortena: Pfft! Live a little before we all die!
    • Theron Shan: Maybe not a big surprise, but I’m with the commander on this one. Still… it can’t be all work all the time.

The next dialogue option is a bit complicated. You have two options:

  • I need to see one of you: This option will allow you talk to Koth, Lana, or Theron, unless you have done too many things to make Koth mad. This option will let you have conversations with them, but won’t have the [Flirt] options and won’t let you romance them. This is the option to choose if you do not want to romance any of those three characters.
  • [Romance Koth, Lana or Theron] This option will allow you talk to try to romance any of the listed characters.

  • I need to see one of you.Player:  I was hoping to have a talk with one of you first.
    • See Full Conditions [[[Is your affection counter with Lana greater or equal to “2”?]]] Lana Beniko: Oh? And who might that be?
    • See Full Conditions [[[Did you let the Sun Reactor explode in Chapter 3, and either chose to take Senya in Chapter 7 or refused to take in the exiles in Chapter 4?]]] Koth Vortena: Yeah? Well leave me out of it.
      • Player: Koth?
      • Koth Vortena: Look–you can do impossible things and change the galaxy. Great. Doesn’t mean I have to like everything you’ve ever done.
      • Koth Vortena: Take us in the right direction. I’ve got limits–and I’m not the only one.
      • Lana Beniko: I’ll reason with him. After he’s had time to calm down.
      • Theron Shan: Hope he wasn’t the one you wanted to talk to.
    • Koth.
    • Lana.
    • Theron.
  • [Romance Koth, Lana or Theron]  Player:  I was hoping to have a talk with one of you first.
    • [Romance] Koth… come with me.
    • [Romance] Lana… come with me.
    • [Romance] Theron… come with me.

Lana Beniko Conversation or Romance

After choosing Lana,

  • Player: Lana. Spare a moment?
  • Lana Beniko: Of course.
  • Theron Shan: So.
  • Koth Vortena: I think I’ll go–
  • Theron Shan: Yeah. Yeah, of course. See you later.
  • Theron Shan: Yep.

Speaking with Lana,

  • Lana Beniko: It’s quite something, isn’t it? So much more than the last alliance we formed.
  • Lana Beniko: What I suspected when we aligned with Theron, Satele and Darth Marr has borne out.
  • Lana Beniko: I may have initiated events, but they would never have coalesced without you.
  • Don’t sell yourself short.Player: I should be dead inside a metal tomb right now. You were determined to break me out.
    • Lana Beniko: No, that’s not…. The truth was right in front of me but I didn’t want to believe it.
  • Can’t get ahead of ourselves.Player: We haven’t succeeded yet. Far from it, in fact.
  • Lana Beniko: Agreed. But there’s another truth I can no longer avoid.
  • This is my destiny.Player: This is how it was always going to be. How it was meant to be.
    • Lana Beniko: Normally, I’d take that sort of talk lightly. Maybe even joke.
  • Lana Beniko: I thought you were the only one to stop Arcann simply due to your capabilities, but now I see.
  • Lana Beniko: This is destiny. Your destiny. It goes against everything I know to be true, but it’s there. It’s real.
  • See Full Conditions [[[Did you choose the [Romance] option in the cantina? otherwise this Flirt will not show up.]]] [Flirt] It isn’t important.Player: Maybe it’s real, maybe it isn’t. What matters are the choices we make. [Warning: Begins romance with Lana Beniko pop up.]
    • Lana Beniko: And who we make those choices with?
      • Player: Nothing’s more important.
      • [Fades to black]
  • See Full Conditions [[[Did you choose the [I need to talk to one of you] option in the cantina, instead of [Romance]?]]] Just don’t screw up.Player: I’m in charge now. That’s all that matters.
    • Lana Beniko: I see. All right, understood.
  • Only with your help.Player: Not if I do this alone, it’s not. You’re an important part of what we’re trying to accomplish.
    • Lana Beniko: Of course. And I’ll continue to be for as long as you’ll have me.
    • Lana Beniko: I think we should rejoin the party. We have earned it, after all.
  • I don’t buy it.Player: We got here because we worked hard and made the right decisions. Add some luck, and that’s all there is to it.
    • Lana Beniko: I would love to agree with you. You know that I would, but….
    • Lana Beniko: Well. I don’t suppose we should keep everyone waiting.

After returning to the party,

  • Koth Vortena: Are you kidding me?
  • Theron Shan: Look at my serious face. You tell me if I’m lying.
  • Koth Vortena: Oh, man. Such a Lana thing to do.
  • Theron Shan: I know! Isn’t it?
  • Lana Beniko: What are you two discussing?
  • Theron Shan: Nothing. Definitely not anything about any abductions on Rishi.
  • Lana Beniko: Nice to see you two could bond over something.

Koth Conversation or Romance

After choosing Koth,

  • Player: Not to tear you away from the party, Koth….
  • Koth Vortena: Already ate all the food. I’m good.
  • Theron Shan: He really did eat all the food, didn’t he?
  • Lana Beniko: Imagine if he was hiding out with us on Rishi.
  • Theron Shan: Better than Jakarro.
  • Lana Beniko: Fair point, actually….

Speaking to Koth,

  • Koth Vortena: If this is about the Gravestone, you’ve got nothing to worry about. She’s coming together.
  • Koth Vortena: SCORPIO’s clued me in to all kinds of needs and requirements. Think there’s a lot she’s holding back still, but I’m not about to press her.
  • Koth Vortena: A lot of resources needed to get everything in shipshape. We’ll make it.
  • Good job.Player: It’s a relief to know you’re on top of things.
    • Koth Vortena: Something to be said for having a clear-cut purpose.
  • I hope so.Player: We have to make it. We’ll need every asset we can muster to stop Arcann.
    • Koth Vortena: He’s tougher than I gave him credit for. Could be more powerful than his father. In a way, though, it doesn’t worry me.
  • Work your crew harder.Player: Make your people understand they’re on a tight schedule.
    • Koth Vortena: I know how to get the best work out of my crew, and I intend to. What we’ve got going on here is huge.
  • Koth Vortena: When I first realized that was the Gravestone in the swamp, I knew, you know? There had to be a reason I found her.
  • Koth Vortena: I was meant to find that ship, and so were you. Two of us? Same course heading.
  • See Full Conditions [[[Did you choose the [Romance] option in the cantina? otherwise this Flirt will not show up.]]] [Flirt] I’m okay with that.Player: I’d like to think so.
    • Koth Vortena: I know you can take care of yourself, but back on Asylum, I was sure we were going to lose you.
    • Player: I’m right here, and I’m not going anywhere.
  • See Full Conditions [[[Did you choose the [I need to talk to one of you] option in the cantina, instead of [Romance]?]]] Don’t you dare compare us.Player: Any notion you have that we’re equals, let it go. You’re here to work for me.
    • Koth Vortena: I’ll keep it in mind, “chief”.
    • Koth Vortena: Maybe we should get back. Wouldn’t want anyone to think we’re having fun without them.
  • We’ll work well together.Player: Any doubts I had, I take them back. Good to have you on board, Koth.
    • Koth Vortena: That makes us even.
    • Koth Vortena: We’re going to do all right, Outlander–just as soon as I find something to snack on.
  • Help me watch for traitors.Player: I think we can agree not everyone in this camp shares our goals.
    • Koth Vortena: Been through a lot of hell with lots of folks. I know what can happen when someone’s in it for themselves. I’ll keep an eye out.
    • Koth Vortena: Maybe we should get back. Wouldn’t want anyone to think we’re having fun without them.

After returning to the party,

  • Lana Beniko: I wonder if we could recruit the Order of Shasa.
  • Theron Shan: After their research facility was sunk because of us? Definitely.
  • Theron Shan: Okay, here’s one: the Corellian Run Scoundrels.
  • Lana Beniko: No! Oh no, no. Please, let the galaxy fall.
  • Koth Vortena: Ah. Knew the party would die without us.

Theron Shan Conversation or Romance

After choosing Theron,

  • Player: Come on, Theron. Let’s catch up.
  • Theron Shan: You got it.
  • Lana Beniko: Is there any food? Or did you eat it all?
  • Koth Vortena: Hey. I mean I probably did, but come on.

Speaking with Theron,

  • Theron Shan: …with the way everything changed, the SIS didn’t feel right for me anymore, so I walked away.
  • Theron Shan: Kept up with my contacts, pretty much did what I was already doing, just not for the Republic. Not for anything. Against Zakuul.
  • How did you fare?Player: Were you able to make any headway?
    • Theron Shan: I have found sympathetic Zakuulans, but not many.
    • Theron Shan: A lot of folks moved out here from the Core Worlds. I’m having better luck recruiting them, but they’re also under suspicion of being dissidents.
  • What’s new with the Republic?Player: I hear Saresh installed a puppet Chancellor.
    • Theron Shan: She’s pulling the strings, no doubt about it. Made my decision to move along that much easier.
    • Theron Shan: Saresh has her supporters–a lot of them–but she’ll wind up grinding the Republic to dust, you watch.
  • And Satele?Player: What about your mother?
    • Theron Shan: The Grandmaster? Well, the Jedi Order got scattered, plucked apart, and she decided to… go somewhere.
    • Theron Shan: Didn’t say where. No one’s heard from her, far as I know.
  • Theron Shan: And I guess Lana’s filled you in on the rest. Want you to know, I’ll do everything I can to keep things running smoothly around here.

    • Theron Shan: Not just anyone. I’m sorry I couldn’t be there to thaw you out.
    • Theron Shan: Look at all you’ve accomplished. Everyone who chose to rally behind you.
    • Theron Shan: I haven’t been one of those “destiny” people in a long time, but this? Sure feels like it.
    • Player: If you mean being here with you, I agree.
  • See Full Conditions [[[Did you choose the [I need to talk to one of you] option in the cantina, instead of [Romance]]]] You had better.Player: Anything goes wrong, the responsibility falls on you.
    • Theron Shan: Got it, boss.
    • Theron Shan: Think it’s time we headed back to the party.
  • I know.Player: I don’t doubt it, Theron.
    • Theron Shan: You got all these people to rally behind you. That was the hard part.
    • Theron Shan: What do you say we get back out there? Maybe there’s more food.
  • Watch the new ones.Player: A lot of new faces around. Let’s be cautious.
    • Theron Shan: I hear you, and I’m on top of it. We could have moles from Zakuul, Dromund Kaas, Coruscant, Czerka… you name it.
    • Theron Shan: And I’m personally monitoring SCORPIO’s communications. She terrifies me.
    • Agent Player: As well she ought to.
    • Theron Shan: Think it’s time we headed back to the party.

After returning to the party,

  • Koth Vortena: Lana, I have a confession to make. I tried the roast gorak.
  • Lana Beniko: What? When did you even have time?
  • Koth Vortena: I tried it, and–I didn’t love it, but the sauce had this zing to it? I really–I really wish I had some.
  • Theron Shan: Looks like things are winding down.
  • Lana Beniko: Len and Tora got into a drinking contest. It ended… poorly.

    • Theron Shan: Everyone’s trudging back to work. Haven’t found Senya yet, though.
    • Theron Shan: Mind taking a look for her? Lana and I have some things to go over.
      • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler OR Bounty Hunter Player: All right. I’ll come find you afterward.
      • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Agent Player: Very well. I’ll meet with you shortly.
  • Lana Beniko: Thank you.
  • Theron Shan: Works for me.
  • Theron Shan: Looks like everyone got back to work.
  • Theron Shan: Though now that I think back… Senya headed out before we did. Might be worth taking a look for her.
  • Lana Beniko: Agreed. In the meantime, Theron, we have some logistical matters to go over.
    • Theron Shan: The fun never stops….

  • Koth Vortena: Hey, have you seen Senya? Has anyone seen Senya?
  • Lana Beniko: Koth, she’s not hunting you anymore. You’re going to have to trust her eventually.
  • She has a point.Player: She fought her own daughter.
    • Koth Vortena: I know. I hear you….
  • Let Koth work it out.Player: You can’t make someone forget their past just like that. Give him time.
    • Lana Beniko: Fair enough….
  • This is a party.Player: I thought this was supposed to be a celebration.
    • Koth Vortena: Sorry for bringing it up.
  • Koth Vortena: Crew needs to be back to work in an hour. That should be fun.
  • Theron Shan: I need to schedule some meetings.
  • Lana Beniko: Reminds me of my advisor days.
  • Good to be your ally, all.Player: Thanks. All of you. It means a lot that you’re here.
    • Lana Beniko: Likewise… “Outlander”.
  • Get working, everyone.Player: We have a lot to accomplish. Let’s get to it.
    • Theron Shan: You heard her/him….
  • I’m going to find Senya.Player: I’ll go see about Senya.
    • Lana Beniko: I think she’s outside.
  • Koth Vortena: Tora! Len! Let’s go, you miserable lightweights!
  • Tora: Ugh. Shut up!

I’m not entirely sure where the below dialogue fits in. It may have been cut, or just requires a specific set of circumstances,

  • Koth Vortena: Oh, so you did know where she was. / Koth Vortena: You knew where she went?
  • Theron Shan: Think she went out for some air. /  Lana Beniko: Doesn’t look like there’s much celebrating, anyway.
  • Koth Vortena: Tell her I said… sorry if I made her leave for some reason.

  • Senya: It’s impressive, you know. People from all over the galaxy want to stand behind you.
  • It’s not enough.Player: We’ll need every last one of them and more to make this work.
    • Senya: I was worried Heskal had blinded you with his certainty like he did with the Scions.
  • It’s my destiny.Player: This is how it was always going to be.
    • Senya: Yes. That’s what Heskal believed, too. Look at how the Scions followed him.
  • What’s really on your mind?Player: That can’t be what you were out here contemplating.
    • Senya: It is, in a way. I was thinking how so many Scions followed Heskal.
  • Senya: He would have them die as he did because their deaths were foreseen. Their visions provide great insight, but they’re not infallible.
  • Player: Reminds me of the Heralds of Zildrog.
  • Senya: There’s another leader who paid for his certainty.
  • Senya: Say what you will about Valkorion, but he at least considered the viewpoints of others. He listened to me. Most of the time.
  • Senya: He didn’t–he would never have done what–what Arcann….
  • Player: What is it?
  • Senya: I told you before that Arcann had a brother. Thexan. They were inseparable until his death. Vaylin told me, during our fight… Arcann murdered Thexan.
  • Senya: His own brother. Maybe if I had raised him….
  • Player: Your fight with Vaylin–what happened?
  • Senya: What she had to say, it struck me down to my core. Paralyzed me. She slipped away.
  • Senya: Now more than ever, I realize my children must be stopped and that I have to make peace with the choices I’ve made.
  • Senya: Whatever you’ve done to get here, I hope you can do the same.
  • Valkorion: She raises a good question: How do you look back on your path to this moment?
  • I have no regrets.Player: I made the decisions I felt were right. That’s about all any of us can ever do.
    • Valkorion: A life without regret is a life well-lived… though I suppose it remains to be seen whether you will ultimately succeed.
  • It’s a blur.Player: You mean that whirlwind of insanity?
    • Valkorion: Make light of it if you wish, but you’ve accomplished much and come far since your reawakening.
    • Valkorion: I see you defeating Arcann, even if there are those on this world who disagree.
  • Not going to read my thoughts?Player: You’re in my head. Why don’t you take a look for yourself?
    • Valkorion: And what good would that do our alliance?
    • Valkorion: We are of one purpose, but your mind is your own. Use it well and you will succeed.
    • Valkorion: You may not see an alliance, but our destinies are now intertwined. Take advantage of that fact and there is much you will be capable of.
  • Valkorion: Personally, I see you defeating Arcann. Others on this world disagree.
  • Player: What does that mean? Who disagrees?
  • Valkorion: You will learn soon enough….

  • Arcann: He’s out there somewhere. Our own father, plotting against us.
  • Vaylin: He’s not the only one. After I told Mother that you killed Thexan, she probably wants your head.
  • Vaylin: But it’s not a problem. You have the throne, the fleet, this whole empire…. You’re as safe from her as can be.
  • Arcann: I wish Thexan could be here now. He’d see I was right to challenge Father.
  • Arcann: Imagine it: the three of us ruling this empire as it was meant to be ruled.
  • Vaylin: I’d like it if Thexan were here, too. But that’s no longer possible.
  • Vaylin: Doesn’t matter. Father has a new favorite. He wants the Outlander to take all of this from you.
  • Arcann: I’ll die before I let that happen to us.
  • Vaylin: Of course you will.

  • Player: What is all this?
  • Lana Beniko: It’s your first official speech as Alliance Commander.
  • I’m honored.Player: I’ll have to thank everyone for their vote of confidence.
    • Lana Beniko: There was no vote. No meetings, no debates. It’s simply the way it is. The way it has been since the day you arrived.
  • I didn’t agree to that role.Player: When was that decided without my having any say whatsoever?
    • Lana Beniko: It was never decided.
    • Lana Beniko: Everyone knows it. It’s just… official now.
  • About time.Player: Enough standing around. Let’s get this underway.
  • Agent Player: So I’ve been promoted from Commander to….
  • Agent Lana Beniko: Yes, you have. Congratulations, Commander.
  • Player: I thought you hated titles.
  • Lana Beniko: I hate having one, but I do love granting them.
  • Lana Beniko: They’re looking to you to guide them to greatness as only you can. Take them there.
  • [Give an inspiring speech]Player: All of us here, we know about loss, don’t we? We’ve lost loved ones, friends. We’ve been beaten down time and again.
    • Player: Our lives have been taken from us. It almost feels like our destiny. But not one of you has given up. You’ve stuck it out through your losses.
    • Player: You’ve come together to build, to create, to fight–and I appreciate each and every one of you.
    • Player: Working together, the galaxy won’t have to live under the threat of a tyrant.
    • Player: Together, we will remove Arcann from the throne and we will prevail!
  • [Give an oppressive speech]Player: You began with nothing. Now you stand inside the base you have built. The Alliance grows stronger every day. You have done well.
    • Player: But make no mistake–your work has just begun. It’s time to redouble your efforts. To sacrifice, and do as your superiors tell you without question.
    • Player: When you grow tired, when you wish it would all end, I want you to think about the madman out there.
    • Player: Arcann remains a threat to everything you have ever held dear.
    • Player: Arcann is your enemy. Destroy him… or be destroyed.

  • Satele Shan: They have come so far.
  • Darth Marr: Indeed, they have.
  • Satele Shan: They still have far to go, but at this rate they could one day pose a challenge to the Eternal Empire.
  • Darth Marr: Perhaps. A pity so many of them will have to die….

Specialists Dialogue

The conversations with the black bars are formatted quite differently, and are often more looping than normal conversations. This is the text, though not necessarily in the right order.

Doctor Oggurobb
  • Has Completed: Consulting the Expert Doctor Oggurobb: Hah! We meet again! To share your company twice after so many years–I did not believe destiny could be so whimsical.
    • Player: I’m glad we’ll be working together again, Doctor.
      • Doctor Oggurobb: Indeed!
      • Doctor Oggurobb: Hmmm… the intervening years have not treated you well.
        • Player: [Ignore his criticism]
          • Doctor Oggurobb: You know… I still look back fondly upon our collaboration on Makeb, toppling Toborro.
          • Doctor Oggurobb: I had hoped to be able to work together again, and now we have been given the opportunity. Let us not squander it with idle chatter. On to business!
          • Doctor Oggurobb: It is no secret that against the Eternal Empire we stand at a massive technological disadvantage. In fact, that is almost an understatement.
          • Doctor Oggurobb: My role here is to coordinate the alliance effort to understand the Eternal Empire technology, and to develop our own to bring us to an even footing.
            • Player: [Let him continue]
              • Doctor Oggurobb: The task is daunting indeed… which is what makes it exciting! To succeed, we must gather scientists, researchers, and representatives from the galaxy’s many sentient species for their fresh perspectives.
                • Player: [He’s on a roll, why interrupt him now?]
                  • Doctor Oggurobb: I do! An exceptional Gand–both a Findsman and an engineer by trade–is currently located in Zakuul’s Old World district.
                  • Trooper Doctor Oggurobb: As I understand it, this individual–Yuun–is one of your former squadmates. I imagine you’ll have little difficulty in convincing him to join us.
                  • Doctor Oggurobb: Findsmen have a unique perception of reality–they can intuit what others struggle to grasp at all.
                  • Doctor Oggurobb: A Findsman who is also an accomplished engineer? I salivate to contemplate the contributions such an individual would make to our cause.
                  • Doctor Oggurobb: I have forwarded to you our information concerning Yuun. For now, I must return to my art.
  • Doctor Oggurobb: Findsmen have a unique perception of reality–they can intuit what others struggle to grasp at all.
  • Player: You said you already had someone in mind?
  • Player: Even footing? That’s quite a tall order.
  • Player: I’m surprised you’re helping us. I thought Hutts maintained neutrality.
  • Doctor Oggurobb: Your casual bigotry aside, I’m afraid my brethren are being profoundly shortsighted in this matter. There is no neutrality with respect to the Eternal Empire, only eventual subjugation.
  • Doctor Oggurobb: But I, for one, have had enough of delusional moguls in my lifetime! Let them sit in their sad denial, ensconced within their opulent palaces! Let them hasten their own demise with inaction!
  • Doctor Oggurobb: It falls to those of us with vision to accomplish what they will not!
    • Player: Consider me inspired.
      • Doctor Oggurobb: Forgive me for losing my temper. This is a matter of some frustration for me. Let us return to the matter at hand.
    • Player: I apologize for misjudging you.
    • Player: We were talking about standing against the Eternal Empire’s technology?
    • Player: I’m not here to listen to you whine.
    • Player: You spend five years in a toxic carbonite stasis and see how you feel.
  • Doctor Oggurobb: A fair point, actually.
  • Player: Well you’re not looking so great yourself.
    • Doctor Oggurobb: It is so true! I spent the last several years in a creative slump and, sadly lacking inspiration, let myself go. But these recent events have given me a renewed vigor and inspiration!
  • Player: [Return a friendly nod]
  • Player: I don’t remember working with you.
    • Doctor Oggurobb: Mmm, severe memory loss? I had not known this to be a side effect of carbonite freezing….
      • Player: [Stare blankly]
        • Doctor Oggurobb: At any rate, I am Doctor Juvard Illip Oggurobb, Artist of Technology! We collaborated years ago on Makeb to topple Toborro, the Mad Mogul.
      • Player: [Return a Glare]
        • Doctor Oggurobb: Forgive me, I did not mean to belittle your disability.
      • Player: I’m standing right here, you know….
      • Player: Maybe you’re just not as memorable as you think.
        • Doctor Oggurobb: Possible… though highly unlikely….
  • Player: [Stare Blankly]
  • Doctor Oggurobb: Ah, excellent! I’ve been looking forward to our collaboration.
    • Player: [Wait for Oggurobb to continue]
      • Doctor Oggurobb: Mmm… Interesting….
      • Doctor Oggurobb: Not entirely without potential… though I can’t help but to have at least some reservations….
      • Doctor Oggurobb: Lana, for her part, insists that you possess the skills necessary, and as she has given me no cause to doubt her judgment, I shall take her at her word.
        • Player: [Remain quiet]
        • Player: Who are you to judge me?
          • Doctor Oggurobb: Forgotten already? How disappointing… and rude.
          • Doctor Oggurobb: I am Doctor Juvard Illip Oggurobb, Artist of Technology.
            • Player: Pleased to meet you.
              • Doctor Oggurobb: And I you! To have escaped the clutches of the Eternal Empire–from the clutches of Arcann himself! An inspirationally bold story.
              • Doctor Oggurobb: We will be in sore need of such boldness if we are to be successful in our efforts here.
            • Player: A Hutt scientist? That’s new.
              • Doctor Oggurobb: Come now, Commander. Such petty closed-mindedness is unbecoming. Especially given how crucial cooperation and collaboration will be if we are to succeed in our work here.
            • Player: I can’t believe they put a Hutt in charge here…
            • Player: Remind me who you are, again?
            • Player: You speak Basic?
        • Doctor Oggurobb: Ah yes, how could I forget… While you will seldom hear it, in truth all Hutts can speak basic… we simply choose not to do so.
        • Doctor Oggurobb: Given the… diverse nature of those gathered here, and the… tenuous nature of some of the friendships, I find it prudent to minimize the risk of linguistic misunderstandings. Now then: onto more pressing concerns!
  • Player: Remind me who you are, again?
  • Player: You speak Basic?

Hylo Visz

  •  Hylo Visz: Well, if it isn’t the new Commander! We didn’t get much of a chance to talk earlier.
  • Hylo Visz: You lost, or just slumming it down here with the likes of us?
    • Smuggler Player: [Smuggler Background] You kidding? The scent of engine grease… the sound of cargo loading… this place feels more like home than anywhere else on the base.
      • Hylo Visz: A captain after my own heart. Couldn’t have said it better myself.
        • Player: So, explain to me who are you again?
          • Smuggler Hylo Visz: You expect me to believe that a spacer with your resume doesn’t know Hylo Visz?
          • Hylo Visz: Oh right, the carbonite poisoning… the doctor warned us that it might have messed with your head a bit. Didn’t mean to rub it in.
          • Hylo Visz: Anyway, I’m Hylo Visz, one of the best freelance transport captains the galaxy has ever seen. Might be the best, but I try not to brag.
            • Player: Pleasure to meet you.
              • Hylo Visz: Remember how the Mandos blockaded the Hydian Way during the war? How Coruscant was on the brink of starvation and riots, until some hero came along, broke the blockade, and saved the planet?
              • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Hylo Visz: Well, that hero was me. And you’re welcome.
                • Player: You helped ease the suffering of billions.
                  • Smuggler Hylo Visz: Hey, not to change the subject, but that XS Freighter outside is yours, right?
                  • Hylo Visz: Even just having a quick look around the outside, you can tell there’s been a lot of love put into that ship.
                    • Player: You might be the first person I’ve ever met who can properly appreciate my ship.
                      • Hylo Visz: Hah! Well you don’t get as good as I am if you can’t understand that looks don’t matter, so long as a ship’s got it where it counts.
                        • Player: I think you and I are going to get along just fine.
                          • Hylo Visz: Likewise, Commander.
                          • Hylo Visz: Anyhow, I’d give you the grand tour, but we’re all pretty busy.
                          • Hylo Visz: The Alliance needs a lot to keep it going–food, equipment, weapons, ships–and it needs to get everything without popping up on Arcann’s scanners.
                          • Hylo Visz: That kind of work takes a true professional. Someone who knows where to look, how to ask, and who to ask.
                          • Hylo Visz: So naturally your friends went and found the best, yours truly, to run the supply end of this operation. I make sure you get what you need without raising any eyebrows.
                          • Hylo Visz: All at perfectly reasonable contract rates–plus hazard premiums and a discretion fee.
                            • Player: Nothing helps keep secrets like a steady flow of credits.
                              • Hylo Visz: One of the great truths of the galaxy, Commander. Fact is, a lot of freighter captains are happy just to have steady work from someone who won’t shoot ’em in the back when it’s time to pay up.
                              • Hylo Visz: All the same, I have to admit that I’ve stretched my network of contacts pretty thin. If this alliance is gonna get much bigger, we’re gonna need a lot more help.
                              • Hylo Visz: Smugglers, bounty hunters, maybe even pirates…. anyone who has useful skills, or just knows their way around the underworld. You find anyone good, bring ’em in.
                              • Hylo Visz: I’ve always got my ear to the ground, too. If I find any promising leads, I’ll let you know.
                              • See Full Conditions [[[If you didn’t ask about Gault…]]] Hylo Visz: Oh… One last thing, while you’re out and about. You ever find a Devaronian by the name of Gault Rennow, or Tyresius Lokai, you let me know…
                              • Hylo Visz: Need to put a few new holes into that backstabber. Long story.
                              • End of Conversation
                            • Player: How do you know you’ve actually avoided detection?
                              • Hylo Visz: Did I not mention that I’m the best?
                              • Hylo Visz: Seriously though, the only reason this base is still intact is that Arcann doesn’t know where to look. The proof that we’re doing our job is that you’re still alive.
                            • Player: How can they be charging us for this? The Eternal Empire is everybody’s problem.
                              • Hylo Visz: Fuel isn’t free, Commander, and neither is time. Some of these people have families to look after, and a lot of them have debts–the kind you can’t ignore.
                              • Hylo Visz: I’m looking out for them so they keep looking out for us.
                            • Player: Exactly how many credits are we talking?
                              • Hylo Visz: There are a lot of zeroes. Don’t worry though, it’s not coming straight out of your pocket. Probably.
              • Player: Just so long as we’re clear about the part where it’s my ship, not yours.
                • Hylo Visz: Keep ’em holstered, Commander. I know better than to step between a captain and their ship.
                • Hylo Visz: Besides, nice as your ship might be, it’s not like it can really hold a candle to mine.
          • Player: I think you and I are going to get along just fine.
          • Player: Just so long as we’re clear about the part where it’s my ship, not yours.
      • Hylo Visz: Anyhow, I’d give you the grand tour, but we’re all pretty busy.
    • Player: [Roll your eyes]
      • Smuggler Hylo Visz: Hey, not to change the subject, but that XS Freighter outside is yours, right?
      • Hylo Visz: Anyhow, I’d give you the grand tour, but we’re all pretty busy.
    • Smuggler Player: [Smuggler Background] I’ve done plenty of things that were more impressive.
      • Hylo Visz: Yeah, keep telling yourself that, Captain….
    • Player: Wait–that all happened decades ago. You don’t look that old.
      • Bounty Hunter See Full Conditions [[[Did you ask Hylo about Gault, and are a Bounty Hunter?]]] Hylo Visz: Yeah. The one good thing that came out of that whole Belsavis mess was that the stasis actually froze my aging. Guess that’s something, at least.
      • Smuggler Hylo Visz: Hey, not to change the subject, but that XS Freighter outside is yours, right?
      • Hylo Visz: Anyhow, I’d give you the grand tour, but we’re all pretty busy.
      • Hylo Visz: Heh, that’s… a bit complicated. Suffice it to say, I wound up laying low in a stasis cell for a long time. Didn’t know it’d freeze my aging too, but I’ll take it.
      • Hylo Visz: Well, that hero was me. Not that I have anything against Imps.
      • Hylo Visz: I was never officially with the Republic or anything. I just did it for the money. A whole, awful lot of money. No hard feelings?
      • Bounty Hunter See Full Conditions [[[Are you a Bounty Hunter and became a Mandalorian in the Bounty Hunter class story?]]] Player: [Mandalorian Background] No hard feelings. Mandalorians respect and honor a worthy foe.
        • Hylo Visz: Likewise–that blockade was really something to see. Took everything I had to bust it.
      • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Agent Player: [Imperial Background] No hard feelings. The Empire respects competence and talent.
        • Hylo Visz: In that case you’re gonna love working with me.
      • Player: No hard feelings? Do you have any idea what the loss of that blockade cost us?
        • Hylo Visz: Right… touchy subject… noted.
      • Player: [Glare Coldly]
      • Player: Wait–that all happened decades ago. You don’t look that old.
      • Smuggler Player: [Smuggler Background] Well, clearly not the best–that spot’s already taken.
      • Player: [Skepticism] Right….
      • Player: [Sarcasm] And so humble, too….
  • Hylo Visz: Hey, it’s only arrogance if I’m not as good as I say, otherwise it’s just plain honesty.
  • Hylo Visz: How’ve you never heard of Hylo Visz?
  • Player: I know a massive smuggling operation when I see it. Just what are you up to down here?
    • Hylo Visz: Just doing what I do best: moving cargo and getting paid.
  • Player: Ugh. What a rabble….
    • Hylo Visz: Hmph. Might want to work on that attitude “Commander”, or you’re going to have a hard time making new friends.
  • Bounty Hunter Did you complete the companion quest with Gault called The One That Got Away as a Bounty Hunter? Player: [Bounty Hunter] Wait a minute–you’re Gault’s old flame. The one he rescued out of stasis on Belsavis.
    • Hylo Visz: That backstabbing bag of desh is the reason I was in there to begin with! What he pulled after we got our pay for breaking the Hydian Way Blockade….
    • Hylo Visz: Teaming up with him was the biggest mistake of my life. I ever catch up to that bishwag again, I’m giving him a bolt between the eyes.
    • Hylo Visz: Sorry… kind of a sore spot….
  • Player: So, explain to me who are you again?
  • Player: Just stopping by to have a look at things.
    • Hylo Visz: Well, here it is in all its glory: the beating heart of your alliance’s supply chain.
  • Player: Ugh. What a rabble….
  • Player: If I didn’t know better, I’d say you’re running a massive smuggling ring out of our base.
    • Hylo Visz: You’re actually not wrong, Commander.

Sana-Rae

  • Eligible For: Sana-Rae: The Force Enclave Sana-Rae: Greetings. I am not the first Mystic you have met?
  • Player: First I’ve met in person, actually.
    • Sana-Rae: I am honored.
    • Sana-Rae: When my vision showed I must take many Voss, seek an Outsider, and enter a war, great caution was exercised.
    • Sana-Rae: My vision was given to five different interpreters. All five interpretations aligned. Thus, I am here.
      • Player: [Investigate] I thought the visions of a Mystic could never be wrong. Why all the caution?
        • Sana-Rae: Visions cannot be wrong. Interpreters can. We eliminated that chance. The way forward was made clear.
          • Player: Well, I’m glad to have your help.
            • Sana-Rae: Your gratitude is unnecessary.
            • Sana-Rae: We do what we must to protect Voss.
            • Sana-Rae: As was seen, we have built an enclave for those gifted in the Force. Here they will meditate, train, and grow.
            • Sana-Rae: I also meditate, awaiting visions of those who will yet join us.
              • Player: Wait… your plan is to have Jedi and Sith training openly with one another? That’s a recipe for disaster.
                • Sana-Rae: Your concerns are misplaced.
                • Sana-Rae: There will be conflicts. Tempers will flare. The enclave will survive it and grow stronger.
                • Sana-Rae: I have also brought several Voss training in the Force. Some proficient, some beginners, all learning.
                  • Player: The Alliance is honored to have your support.
                    • Sana-Rae: Thank you, but gratitude is unnecessary.
                    • Sana-Rae: The enclave must grow, but it requires your support to do so.
                    • Sana-Rae: I meditate. My visions reveal those who might join. You will attempt to recruit them.
                    • Sana-Rae: My visions also showed many artifacts and Force relics gathered here. The task of retrieving them also falls to you.
                    • Sana-Rae: With the relics, we will learn and grow. Our alliance will spread across the stars.
                    • Sana-Rae: I must return to meditation. As Outsiders like to say: good luck.
                    • End of Conversation
                  • Player: I’m grateful for any assistance–is there any more the Voss could contribute?
                    • Sana-Rae: Many more volunteered. I brought what the vision showed.
                  • Player: We’re facing down the Eternal Empire, and this is all the Voss could spare? Pitiful.
                  • Player: How can you oversee the training of arts you don’t understand?
            • Sana-Rae: The vision was clear. This is my place.
  • Player: Whatever. Just don’t get in our way.
    • Sana-Rae: I will not be in your way.
  • Player: I’m sorry that you had to leave everything behind to help us.
    • Sana-Rae: Why? It must be so.
  • Player: I still can’t believe you’d leave everything and fly out into the galaxy over some dream you had.
    • Sana-Rae: The Mystics see, and the Voss respond.
  • Player: Well, I’m glad to have your help.
  • Player: Whatever. Just don’t get in our way.
  • Player: I’m sorry that you had to leave everything behind to help us.
  • Player: I still can’t believe you’d leave everything and fly out into the galaxy over some dream you had.
  • Player: So what is it that you do here?
  • Player: [Investigate] Remind me about Voss Mystics again?
  • Sana-Rae: Ah. Juvard said the stasis may have damaged your mind.
    • Player: Juvard?
      • Sana-Rae: Yes. Juvard Illip Oggurobb. Have I mistaken his name?
      • Sana-Rae: Hylo calls him “Doctor Hutt”, despite his obvious irritation. I do not understand why.
      • Sana-Rae: To your question: there are Voss who see events to come. These are Mystics.
      • Sana-Rae: Mystics share their visions with an interpreter, who deciphers their meanings.
      • Sana-Rae: The Voss then act upon the vision.
    • Player: [Say Nothing]
    • Player: My head is fine!
      • Sana-Rae: This upsets you. I shall move on.
  • Player: [Investigate] I thought it was extremely rare for any Voss to ever leave their homeworld–let alone one of the Mystics.
    • Sana-Rae: Correct. My decision was not made lightly.
  • Player: So what is it that you do here?

Bey’wan Aygo

  • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Admiral Aygo: Well, if it isn’t the new Commander. It’s a pleasure to be able to work with you again, sir. Your work at Kuat was impressive, to say the least.
    • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Player: It’s been a long time, Admiral Aygo.
      • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Admiral Aygo: That it has! I really do wish we had more time to catch up, but the Eternal Empire’s not sitting around, so neither can we.
      • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Admiral Aygo: If only it was as easy to send the Eternal Empire packing as you did those Imps back on Kuat.
      • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Admiral Aygo: Err…. Sorry sir, that remark was totally inappropriate, given our current alliance.
        • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Player: [Flash a knowing smirk]
          • Admiral Aygo: At any rate, my job is to coordinate the Alliance’s military and strategic intelligence assets, and I’m looking forward to working with you to enhance our military capacity.
          • Admiral Aygo: Let me know if and when you’re looking to help, we’ve got plenty of work to go around.
        • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Player: That kind of carelessness jeopardizes everything we’re trying to build here.
          • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Admiral Aygo: You’re entirely correct, Commander. I won’t let it happen again.
        • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Player: [Lower your voice] Those Imps really had it coming.
          • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Admiral Aygo: Heheh… Didn’t they, though?
  • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Player: I don’t remember you.
    • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Admiral Aygo: Well, that bruises my ego a bit, but considering everything you’ve been tied up in–not to mention the years in stasis–can’t say I really blame you.
    • Jedi Knight OR Jedi Consular OR Trooper OR Smuggler Admiral Aygo: I’m Admiral Bey’wan Aygo. We fought together at the Battle of Kuat. You really helped us out of a bad spot, and wow did you really send those Imps packing.
    • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Admiral Aygo: Sir. Welcome to your Alliance’s military headquarters. Pleasure to have you here.
  • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Player: Likewise, Admiral. I look forward to working together.
    • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Admiral Aygo: I’m relieved to hear it, Commander.
    • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Admiral Aygo: We’ve got the Eternal Empire out there now, and it’s going to take all of us working together to even have a chance of stopping them.
    • Admiral Aygo: My job here is to coordinate the Alliance’s military and strategic intelligence assets.
    • Admiral Aygo: That said, we’re too small to accomplish much right now. We’re going to need to start by growing, which includes both recruitment, and securing additional materiel.
  • Agent Player: [Agent Background] Aygo… You were a Fleet Admiral at the Battle of Kuat.
    • Agent Admiral Aygo: Hmph. I was. You were there too. You and that Admiral Ranken did quite a number on our forces.
    • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Admiral Aygo: But that’s all the past–it has to be.
  • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Player: It doesn’t quite sound like it’s a pleasure to you.
    • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Admiral Aygo: Forgive me, Commander. We’ve been on the opposite side of a war for a lot of years… old habits.
  • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Player: You know, I’ve never really liked Bothans….
    • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Admiral Aygo: Yeah well I’ve never really liked Imps either, so I guess we’re kinda even there.
  • Sith Inquisitor OR Sith Warrior OR Bounty Hunter OR Agent Player: I can’t believe we’re trusting our military command to a Republic officer.
