The (randomized) Blaster Pistol (Level 70 purple item-rating 111 version) can be worn at any level in the Outfitter - it's a cosmetic weapon, and has no stats attached to it.

This is not a direct screenshot of the (randomized) Blaster Pistol (Level 70 purple item-rating 111 version). The file name is - as far as I can tell it is identical to another weapon, so I re-used the screenshots. There may be small variations that I could not tell apart when comparing thumbnails, previews or item icons.

Systech gear is randomly-generated higher level gear that drops throughout the game, and is most seen from Heroics and heroic enemies at a higher level. It is not very useful, so unless you like the look, it's recommended to disassemble it. The names are fairly randomized.
