Preened Durastock Snipe

The Preened Durastock Snipe is a Companion Original sniper rifle that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Preened Durastock Snipe can only be used at a specific level and up, but if you are higher than the weapon's required level, you can wear it cosmetically in the Outfitter to show its appearance on your character while using a higher-level weapon in your Gear tab for stats.

How to Get: Companion Original

I don't have a picture of this weapon uploaded to the site yet.

This is not a direct screenshot of the Preened Durastock Snipe. The file name is - as far as I can tell it is identical to another weapon, so I re-used the screenshots. There may be small variations that I could not tell apart when comparing thumbnails, previews or item icons.

Sound: Chiss

All Sniper Rifles with the Chiss sound type have the same sound, including the Preened Durastock Snipe. This isn't the official name, and this Sniper Rifle sound type may be labelled something like weaponrangedriflesniper03 in the background of the game.

I do not have a video of the Preened Durastock Snipe, but you can watch a video of the Elegant Modified Sniper Rifle weapon to hear the Chiss sound type, which is the same as the Preened Durastock Snipe.

How to Get Companions Original Weapons

Identical Weapons

These weapons will have an identical or very similar look to the Preened Durastock Snipe. There's no real name for the appearance, but I've labelled it riflesniperlow02a02v02 which may be a name I call all identical weapons, or a name in the game files.

There's no real name for the appearance type, but I've labelled it sniperAquaglow which may be a name I called all similar weapons, or a name in the game files.
