Forceslayer
The Forceslayer is a Retired Old Unbound Rare Drops lightsaber that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Forceslayer can only be used at a specific level and up, but if you are higher than the weapon's required level, you can wear it cosmetically in the Outfitter to show its appearance on your character while using a higher-level weapon in your Gear tab for stats.
How to Get: Retired Old Unbound Rare Drops
This is not a direct screenshot of the Forceslayer. The file name is lorrdian-onslaught-lightsaber-7751-thumbnail.png - as far as I can tell it is identical to another weapon, so I re-used the screenshots. There may be small variations that I could not tell apart when comparing thumbnails, previews or item icons.
Sound: Senya
All Lightsabers with the Senya sound type have the same sound, including the Forceslayer. This isn't the official name, and this Lightsaber sound type may be labelled something like weaponmeleelightsaber02 in the background of the game.
I do not have a video of the Forceslayer, but you can watch a video of the Tythian Lightsaber Pike weapon to hear the Senya sound type, which is the same as the Forceslayer.
How to Get Retired Old Unbound Rare Drops Weapons
Retired Old Unbound Rare Drops weapons are retired, which means they are no longer obtainable. You might be able to find a similar look-alike weapon below.
Identical Weapons
These weapons will have an identical or very similar look to the Forceslayer. There's no real name for the appearance, but I've labelled it saberlow05a01v01 which may be a name I call all identical weapons, or a name in the game files.

These weapons will have a similar appearance to the Forceslayer, either in the same family of weapons or have some similar features. There's no real name for the appearance type, but I've labelled it lightsaberMalgus which may be a name I called all similar weapons, or a name in the game files.

Similar Sounding 'Senya' Weapons
These Lightsaber weapons will have the same sound as the Sith Blademaster's Lightsaber (main hand). There's no real name for the sound, but I've called it 'Senya' it may be called something like weaponmeleelightsaber02 in the game files.
