The Defiant Onslaught Sniper Rifle MK-26 is a Crafting Armstech Reverse Engineered sniper rifle that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Defiant Onslaught Sniper Rifle MK-26 can be worn at any level in the Outfitter - it's a cosmetic weapon, and has no stats attached to it.

Sound: Evocii

All Blaster Rifles with the Evocii sound type have the same sound, including the Defiant Onslaught Sniper Rifle MK-26. This isn't the official name, and this Blaster Rifle sound type may be labelled something like weaponrangedrifleelite05 in the background of the game.

I do not have a video of the Defiant Onslaught Sniper Rifle MK-26, but you can watch a video of the Righteous Enforcer's Blaster Rifle weapon to hear the Evocii sound type, which is the same as the Defiant Onslaught Sniper Rifle MK-26.
