What is a Regen item?

The Fireworks Celebration Backpack toy is a regen item, short for Regeneration, and helps restore your characters' health when used. It only works when out of combat. All characters have a free Regeneration ability related to their class that they get at level 1, but there are also many Regeneration toys you can use instead for fun or to show off to other players.
