To turn exploration missions on, press ALT+M on your keyboard or click the circle-shaped icon of a “World” on the bottom right of your screen. There will be a checkbox called 'Exploration Missions' on the left. Exploration missions are hidden by default so new players do not get overwhelmed by the number of quests.
