These pets can be purchased directly from a vendor called the SOW: Pet Vendor in the Supplies section of the Fleet. These pets cost 125 Tech Fragments and 75,000 Credits. They are not bound by default, so you may some times find players buying and selling them on the GTN, so make sure to compare prices before buying them directly from the GTN.
