This is Darth Karibdus, the Emperor's Wrath.

The Dread Seed tuning goes quite well with the Callous Conqueror set and the body type 3, it sort of "hides" the huge tumour on the back, and what can be seen, it's very well integrated into the armor. The pulsating effect is so cool, and the armor goes incredibly well with that headgear, imo.

Headcannon: "The Wrath, vicious and bloodthirsty after his master's betrayal, went beyond any limit to acquire power, even using a powerful symbiote to enhance his powers even more. Armed with a legendary lightsaber and protected by his ancertor's mythic battle armor, he is ready to eradicate everything that opposes him."
