Information:

Voltera was a Twi’lek that lived as a thief and a fencer on Nar Shaddaa after escaping a particularly cruel Hutt that kept her as a trophy slave for many years. She was recruited into the Blackstar Legacy for her street smarts, as well as the off-discovery that she was also extremely sensitive to the light side of the Force. While on a particularly difficult mission, one of her lekku were severed by a lightsaber and Voltera opted to have the other removed to keep her head uniform. She now wears a closed-cycle respiratory helmet to hide the stubs on the back of her head.
