Outfit: Takaria – The Progenitor

After falling in love with (and actually getting!) Satele Shan’s gloves and boots, I wanted to challenge myself to try and come up with a look that would work on a heavier class as well… Enter my new Bounty Hunter made for the DvL event! The challenge proved to be quite a bit tougher than I originally anticipated since I wanted the legs to be heavy armor (or at least heavy armor-looking), with a light or medium armor top, and the forementioned Satele Shan’s gloves and boots. The biggest problem for me was finding heavy pants that wouldn’t clip with the damn boots! I eventually found the Remnant Dredguard Trooper’s Legplates and they pretty much perfectly filled all my requirements for the leg armor. And oh boy did I fall in love with the look!

I have to note that due to the shiny metal-like material on the leg armor, they tends to look a tad lighter in the more harsh outside light (as you can see in the pictures I snapped on Tatooine). It might throw some people off, but in-doors the legs go really well with the rest of the get-up!

As for the belt, any “flat” belt that doesn’t clip with the Relaxed Jumpsuit Jacket will do. I personally tend to use Xoxaan’s Sash for this purpose, but as I mentioned, anything similar will work as well.
