    Admiral Ruwa Ryoni of the New Imperial Navy is often viewed as rather unorthodox when it comes to Imperial officers. With a temper just as lovely as her looks, she is very friendly in person, preferring social connection to any type of violence.
    However, Ruwa takes her role as Admiral very seriously – and she didn't achieve that position by chance. Her past successes as an Imperial Navy pilot prove her skill in the field and strategic ability is well above the norm.
