She was saved by the Republic and brought to a Station Above Makeb where a Female Human Commando and Male Rattataki Operative experiment on her with Rakghoul DNA placed inside her to save her and her brother, Havoc Rakghoul. Havoc Rakghoul is a Commando who has small force sensitivity of Legacy Project.
