The Phantomkaiser is a mysterious former Sith Lord who decided to reform the Sith Empire after serving it for over 40 years. Phantomkaiser was recruiting other Imperials that thought the Empire needs to be reborn. After 20 years, the Dark Legion eventually became a serious threat to the Galaxy. Nobody knows the real identity of the Phantomkaiser, it’s only known that he is a former Sith Lord and was born around 60 years ago. He mentioned his former Master to be Darth Marr. There are rumors that his son is a brutal Sith Lord called Lucturan (image here: https://i.imgur.com/LAVw4xC.png). However there is no actual evidence to prove that theory.

One of the most popular theories about his identity on the HoloNet is that he is actually Darth Nox, an infamous powerful Sith Lord that disappeared seven years ago.
