Here's my character wearing the Yavin outfit worn by Luke Skywalker at the end of Episode IV.
Any one of the Adascorp / Arakyd Industries / InterroTek / Praavat / TholCorp Suits can be used for the chest piece. There are other chest pieces like this one (not the Drelliad Jacket) with the collar and without the straps and shoulder pad, but they're hard to find on the GTN. In my opinion, this chest piece looks fine and doesn't make my character look vulnerable.
