Gunnloda was married to a mandalorian as a young woman, out of necessity in a bad situation that saw her lose her family to them.
Oddly, she adapted to their society fast, and cared for her husband, and was greatly saddened when he fell in combat. She was given parts of his armor, earned the rest training, and completed the rites to become a fully fledged mandalorian herself.
