This is the best version of Doctor Doom that I could create. The mask doesn’t modulate his voice at all. In the mounted pic, he’s using the Imperator’s Command Hoverchair, which can be purchased either via Cartel Market/GTN or from the vendors in the Cartel Bazaar for Cartel Certificates and Credits.
