It took awhile to put this together. I wanted a clean, classic look with a cape, but no hood. If there was a primary pale blue dye, I’d have gone with that, but I had to settle for pale brown, which looks goldish in most light. I was hoping for more charged peacemaker effects, but the belt doesn’t do its effect without the chest, so all I got is some subtle effects at the wrist.
