Respectful Bow Emote
The Respectful Bow emote in Star Wars: The Old Republic is a Subscription emote you can get for your character.
You can find the Respectful Bow emote in the Communication section of the emotes panel, or type /bowrespect in the chat panel and press enter.
This emote is different on male and female characters.
How to Get the Respectful Bow Emote
The Respectful Bow emote is only available to subscribers, and will not work if you try to use it on a free-to-play or preferred account.
Emote Chat
When you use an emote, text will be displayed in orange to both you and others in the chatbox to anyone who is nearby. You can also select another player, character, or NPC before you use the emote to change what shows up in the chat. This is the text shown by the Respectful Bow emote in chat.
What you see, with no other character or NPC selected: You bow respectfully.
What you see, when you have another character or NPC selected: You bow before _ with great respect.
What other players see, with no other character or NPC selected: _ bows respectfully.
What other players see, with another character or NPC selected that isn't them: _ bows before _ with great respect.
What another player sees, when you have them selected: _ bows before you with great respect.
