How to Craft

The ability to craft this item is learned by reverse-engineering a different item, which is originally learned from the Synthweaving trainer. You need to craft the Veda Force Expert's Bracers first, then reverse-engineer it until you learn the schematic for this item, the Ottegan Force Expert's Bracers.
