How to get the The Rakghoul Nightmare codex: probably from the Quarantine quest (character title)from a player: “it seems that my characters that have simply done the mission once do not have the title, whereas the ones that have all of the codex entries for “Rakghouls on Alderaan/Corellia/Tatooine” do. Not sure if it is linked to having done the mission on each planet or the codex entries themselves, but either way I thought the info might be of use to someone.” See my Titles guide on swtorista.com for full information about how to get every title in the game.
