How to get the Republic's Most Wanted codex: Completing Act II [[or ACT III? Dulfy lists III]] of the Bounty Hunter class story. Can't be earned by Level 60/70 Token characters or if you start The KOTFE, KOTET, or Ossus / Onslaught expansions from your ship.
