How to get the Conscript codex: Listed in collections, supposedly from a promotion through Amazon. I was able to confirm that a player had gotten it but I have heard different stories about where it came from including the Cartel Market. There's some discussion that a version on the GTN should be available too. (character title) See my Titles guide on swtorista.com for full information about how to get every title in the game.

Swtorista has more info about this achievement on the fansite.

Lore Entry: You received this title either by purchasing it from a vendor or as a reward for joining the Star Wars: The Old RepublicT community from AmazonT.
