Heads up to any SWTOR players looking to edit their current billing status or redeeming codes on the website at the moment, a developer post has just gone up on the forums stating there could be an issue for some players and it’s actively being looked into:

Good morning everyone,

We are aware that some players are experiencing error messages when using the code redemption or manage billing functions on their account pages. The team is looking into this issue. I will update this thread with more info when I receive it.
