The Holo Slot Machine Toy is a Event Regen Toy item which can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Comes from the Nar Shaddaa Nightlife once-yearly event in the summer. Has your character play a little holo slot machine but you don't actually win anything. Costs 5 Golden Certificates.

What is a Regen item?

The Holo Slot Machine toy is a regen item, short for Regeneration, and helps restore your characters' health when used. It only works when out of combat. All characters have a free Regeneration ability related to their class that they get at level 1, but there are also many Regeneration toys you can use instead for fun or to show off to other players.
