The SWTOR developers are asking for specific types of feedback about the game via email! The survey is slightly different depending on whether you are currently a free-to-play, preferred or subscribed player, and asks questions about story, content, and modernization.

The survey is being randomly sent out to players who have had active accounts over an unspecified amount of time. And they are being sent throughout the week. The developers appreciate everyone who fills it out and offers constructive feedback. You may or may not receive this survey (I haven’t yet.) It doesn’t matter what server you are on, but the survey is only in English at the moment.
