If you were betting on the more common “two weeks after PTS goes down” date of Dec. 16th, you’d be surprisingly wrong this time! Good news over on the SWTOR official forums came through today, announcing the release day of 7.8 is sooner than (we personally) expected! Get ready to check out Dantooine on December 9th, 2025!
Hello everyone!
We will be bringing down the servers on December 9th to deploy Game Update 7.8 “Pursuit of Ruin”!
- Time: 7:00am CT / 1:00pm UTC
- Estimated downtime: 4 hours
Patch notes will be available here on Monday.
Also as a heads up, the Subscriber Login Event will be ending at 7.8 launch. Once 7.8 is live, players will no longer be able to get more tokens, however, the event vendor and already redeemed tokens will remain until a scheduled patch in January. Stay tuned for an exact date!
