Deluxe Sith Bundle on Steam

With the launch of Star Wars: The Old Republic, new bundles were also made available through the Steam store. The Sith bundle has two different options, a normal version and a deluxe version which has more items and costs more. One important thing to know is that all of these items are extremely cosmetic – they make your character look cool, but they do not give you any benefits beyond what normal gear provides. These items are also NOT exclusive to the Steam Bundle – you can also purchase them with Cartel Coins, which you get free for subscribing or buy with real money, but these can all also be bought from other players with Credits, the ingame currency you earn from questing.

Purchase Bundle

When you purchase the bundle, each of your characters on your account is sent a copy of the bundle in the mail. When you create a new character in the future, that character will also be sent a bundle. The bundle is also bound to legacy so if you accidentally delete it, you can make another character, get another bundle, and then send it to the character you wanted it on. You can not buy, sell or trade these items, but in return you get a copy for every single one of your characters!

UPDATE: It’s been confirmed that the items in the Jedi & Sith bundles do NOT unlock in collections. Whether this is intended or a bug is unclear, but the good news is that since the bundle itself is legacy-bound you can make yourself infinite copies of the bundle and send them to your other characters just be creating new characters and deleting them after!

Sith Bundle – $24.99 USD

The Sith Bundle includes:

  • Sith Raider Armor set
  • Defiant Technographers Lightsaber
  • Advanced Hot Orange Eviscerating Color Crystal

Sith Raider Armor Set

The Sith Raider armor set is normally a Cartel Market item, which normally costs 1,440 Cartel Coins. Click below for more screenshots and info.

However, players can get a crafted version fairly easily. This armor set is not considered a “rare” or “expensive” look. Click below for more screenshots and info.

The major benefits of purchasing the Steam Bundle / Cartel Market version is that you can wear it at level 1, and it is not restricted to Imperial players.

Advanced Hot Orange Eviscerating Crystal

The Hot Orange crystal is a very vibrant color crystal that changes the color of your lightsaber or blaster fire. The version you get with this pack gives you +41 Crit for stats, but color crystals are not a huge part of your stats until endgame, and even then your crystal can easily be  accommodated by adjusting the stats on your other gear.

This specific color is very bright, with a yellow core and red / orange outer glow.

Here is the normal orange crystal for comparison that you might get through crafting or questing or buy from another player.

Defiant Technographers Lightsaber

The lightsaber you get is a cool saber hilt that does not have any special effects on it. This is for characters that wield a single lightsaber. Note much like the armor, it is cosmetic, and you will need to upgrade it to make it good for combat.

Deluxe Sith Bundle – $59.99

Upgrade to the Deluxe Sith Bundle to receive the above items plus:

  • Advanced Black-Red Striated Eviscerating Color Crystal
  • Dominator’s Command Throne mount
  • Exterminator’s Armor set
  • Defiant Technographers Dualsaber
  • Derelict Lightsaber

Exterminator Armor Set

This set is very well liked among the playerbase for being a good pair of simple black robes with heavy armor underneath. It’s considered a fairly expensive / rarer set. Click below for more screenshots and info.

Dominator’s Command Throne

This mount is considered quite rare and is very cool! You float around on it and a holographic symbol appears over your head.

Advanced Black-Red Striated Eviscerating Color Crystal

This crystal is very cool. It has black in the core, a red glow, and an outer black glow.

Defiant Technographers Dualsaber

This is the double-bladed lightsaber version of the single version available in the non-deluxe pack.

Derelict Lightsaber

This lightsaber is quite simple in design.

How to Upgrade your Armor & Weapons for Combat

As mentioned, all of these items are very cosmetic. Here’s how to add your armors to your Outfit Designer, and how to upgrade the stats of your weapons.

Price Comparison

These items are normally sold in-game for Cartel Coins (don’t forget, you can also buy them from other players with credits, but the prices will vary wildly as the GTN is player-run). These are rough prices are not all items are currently available on the Cartel Market.

  • Sith Raider Armor set – 1,440 CC
  • Defiant Technographers Lightsaber – 500 CC
  • Advanced Hot Orange Eviscerating Color Crystal – 300 CC
  • Advanced Black-Red Striated Eviscerating Color Crystal – 300 CC
  • Dominator’s Command Throne mount – 3,200 CC
  • Exterminator’s Armor set – 1,440 CC
  • Defiant Technographers Dualsaber – 500 CC
  • Derelict Lightsaber – 500 CC
