Security Key Code Rejected Fix

If you are having problems with your SWTOR security key codes recently, the Developers have said: “Make sure to sync the time on the phone.”

To do so, open your Security Key app and press the icon of “three little dots” on the top right, choose Settings, and then Sync now. Your security key is partially created based on the time on your phone and the time on the server, and if the two are not correctly synced, you won’t get the correct security key.

If you do not have the “Sync now” option, you instead need to fix the TIME ON YOUR PHONE unrelated to the app. This could be your phone’s problem or a carrier problem. You could also try uninstalling and re-installing the security key app, or trying Authy or Google Authenticator instead.
