This achievement is located in the Achievements Section of your Legacy Panel under Operations → Terror From Beyond → Master, and is worth ✦ 25 Achievement Points. You likely can not do this achievement if you are a purely free-to-play player.

- Surviving the Writhing Horror (Master Mode) - Advanced past the Writhing Horror without dying in the Terror From Beyond operation on master mode.
- Surviving the Dread Guards (Master Mode) - Advanced past the Dread Guards without dying in the Terror From Beyond operation on master mode.
- Surviving Operator IX (Master Mode) (★ You are here) - Advanced past Operator IX without dying in the Terror From Beyond operation on master mode.
- Surviving Kephess the Undying (Master Mode) - Advanced past Kephess the Undying without dying in the Terror From Beyond operation on master mode.
- Surviving the Terror From Beyond (Master Mode) - Advanced past the Terror From Beyond without dying in the Terror From Beyond operation on master mode.
- Terror on a Timer - Completed the Terror From Beyond operation on master mode in less than 2 hours.
