Snow Grift is an achievement in Star Wars: The Old Republic. This achievement requires you to have done this: complete the Hoth Dynamic Encounter "Snow Grift."

This achievement is located in the Achievements Section of your Legacy Panel under Dynamic Encounters → Hoth → Whiterock Wastes, and is worth ✦ 5 Achievement Points. This achievement can likely be done even by a free-to-play player.
