Major Malfunction Achievement
Major Malfunction is an achievement in Star Wars: The Old Republic. This achievement requires you to have done this: found the Abandoned Control Room. Not on purpose, of course.

Dynamic Encounters → Dantooine → GeneralRelated Achievements
This achievement is located in the Achievements Section of your Legacy Panel under Dynamic Encounters → Dantooine → General, and is worth ✦ 10 Achievement Points. This achievement can likely be done even by a free-to-play player.
These are the other achievements in the Dynamic Encounters → Dantooine → General category:
- Expansive Research - Collect research material from each expanded biome in the ecotones.
- No Sense of Direction - How is it even possible for people to get lost this frequently?
- Wreckage Tour - Complete the mission "Wreckage on Dantooine"
- A Botanical Mystery - Discover research notes on an unknown botanical species.
- Major Malfunction (★ You are here) - Found the Abandoned Control Room. Not on purpose, of course.
- Level Five Geological Aptitude - It really is a nice boulder.
- A Botanical Mystery II - Discover the locations of unusual flowers in the Dantooine Crash Site.
- Well, Well, Well - The wells of Dantooine hold some secrets, at least.
