How to Get: Dynamic Encounters

The Freckled Loth-cat Kitten is a rare reward for completing any of the three “Wire” kitten-related dynamic encounters on Hoth. These take place only on Republic side near the Republic main base where you load in, and when you compelte any of these quests, you get a bag as a quest reward that when opened has a small chance of containing the Freckled Loth-Cat Kitten pet (it is not a reward dropped from enemies). It is Binds on Equip and may be on the GTN, but is often expensive or hard to find as people like the kitten. The three specific encounters are Wire You Doing That, Wire Consequences and Wire You So Cute.

Dynamic Encounters are a new type of scheduled, timed quests on different planets in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Some of the funny ones include carrying baby Tauntauns up hills, advertising as a Gonk droid, and launching Gamorreans into a Sarlacc pit. Some pets are only dropped from certain encounters.
