This achievement is located in the Achievements Section of your Legacy Panel under Flashpoints → Objective Meridian → Objective Meridian - Republic- Story and Veteran, and is worth ✦ 10 Achievement Points. You likely can not do this achievement if you are a purely free-to-play player.
