Pants is called Huttese Wraidskin Greaves. It’s a level 9 medium armor (cunning) green item.
Boots are called Kuati Sector Ranger’s Treads. Level 27 green medium armor item.
Please note that these items may not even exist on the Republic side and even if they do, they may have a totally different look.
Lightsabers are from Voss Heroic 4 mission called Rock Eaters and they are Marauders ONLY.
