Keeping an Eye Out is an achievement in Star Wars: The Old Republic. This achievement requires you to have done this: defeated The Eyeless on 8-person story mode.

The Keeping an Eye Out achievement will give you the item Trophy: The Eyeless (Story) as a reward when completed.
Related Achievements
This achievement is located in the Achievements Section of your Legacy Panel under Operations → Epic Enemies → The Eyeless, and is worth ✦ 10 Achievement Points. You likely can not do this achievement if you are a purely free-to-play player.
