Southeast of the large Diamond-Shaped fort in minimum security, cross underneath a large tree root and pick up this lore object from a terminal in front of a guarded, tiny metal hut.

Belsavis Prison Break

This is much easier to reach as imperial, as republic will need to drive up to the imperial base, and then west, down the smaller trail into the otherwise walled-off area. The Lore object here is a metal crate.

Belsavis Prison Personnel

Thankfully this section of the prison has a ton of wall breaches, so once you follow the roads near this lore object you can enter from any direction. The lore object is a green, handled datapad on top of a small box in the southeast corner of the yard.

Belsavis Vaults

The location of this map pin is the entrance to an underground vault. Once inside, stay on the northern path. At the northernmost room with a half-room dividing wall in it, the lore object is a datapad hiding inside a bowl in the east half’s corner.

Esh-Kha Culture

This lore object is inside an underground vault in the southwestern corner of The Tomb area of Belsavis, accessed by teleporters. Once at this map pin, enter the cave and head to the far eastern walls near the back. The lore object is a datapad on a box, against the wall.

History of Belsavis Prison

This lore object is inside the Republic Prisoner Vault, directly east of the Imperial Signal Monitoring Center in the Tomb. Once inside the vault, stick to the left wall. The codex is a datapad on the floor near one of the jailcells.

Mind Trap

Follow the roads in the Tomb to the Cells of the Lords of the Infinite (the large, red-lit subterranean area) and follow the small path north towards a group phase. On your left, on the rocks is the datapad – near a gold level Terantatek enemy.

Primeval Beasts

Follow the path north of the largest tree in the Tomb, and just before it inclines to a higher level, there will be a huge pile of bones. This is the lore object.

Rakata Technology

Enter the Rakata Machine Caves Heroic Area in the northeast corner of the The Tomb. At the first split in the path inside, go either north or south. The datapad you’re looking for is on a pillar on the western wall when the paths rejoin together.

The Domination Experiments

This lore object is a small metal box inside the Republic Watchtower base, and is easiest to reach as a republic character (imps can stealth or jump into the eastern corner of the base from the nearby cliffs). Inside the eastern corners’ tower, behind two NPCs.

Nestled in the Terrorist Detention Sector of minimum security, the lore object is a dead body in the southwestern part of the fort.

Esh-kha

Travel west from the first Tomb Teleporters or North from maximum security to reach the southwest corner of the tomb, the Ancient Prison Caverns. The lore object is a dead Esh-Ka laying on the edge of a lava pool.
