The concept for Aggon was that he was a Dark Lord of the Sith from the times of the Great Hyperspace War, and was somehow stuck in stasis and released in the current time period of SWTOR. Having lost his title and powerbase, Aggon seeks to rebuild his personal glory, and could care less about Vitiate’s empire.
