The chest piece is Veda Force Expert’s Vestaments, a crafted synthweaving armor which can be bought on GTN too if anyone is making it. The legs are Exarch Asylum Leg Guards. These are also crafted through synthweaving, but this one may not be directly available through the trainer. You might have to RE the 208 leg guards to get the schematic, but there are other legs which look similar.
