Can NOT be bought or sold on the GTN from other players (It can only be earned through the achievement, like most achievement decorations.)

Eternal Championship Trophy Decorations
The Eternal Championship is a set of solo or group fights that require skill and attention. This trophy requires you to complete the fourth boss of the Eternal Championship, which will give you the Trophy: Conraad Om’wurt decoration.
You can not access the Eternal Championship until you have completed Chapter 9 of Knights of the Fallen Empire (level 60+). Eternal Championship Guide
Flashpoint Trophies
Flashpoint trophies are earned by defeating bosses in Flashpoints on different modes. Some only require you defeat the boss once, others require you to defeat that boss or the whole Flashpoint 25 times.
You can check your progress in your Achievements in the Flashpoint section under the Flashpoint for that trophy.
